Terms of Service

1. Service Description

GrocIQ provides an AI-powered distribution and order management platform (the "Service") for grocery stores, wholesale businesses, and reseller networks. Access to the Service is provided on a subscription basis following a 14-day free trial.

2. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features of the selected plan. No credit card is required to start a trial. After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription.

3. Setup Fee & Subscriptions

A one-time setup fee applies to all plans (Launch: from $500; Growth: from $2,000; Distribution OS: from $10,000; Enterprise: custom). Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance. All fees are in CAD unless otherwise stated. Setup fees are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. GrocIQ does not provide refunds for partial months. Setup fees are non-refundable.

5. Data & Privacy

Your business data (products, orders, customer information) remains your property. GrocIQ does not sell or share your data with third parties. Data is stored securely on Canadian/US cloud infrastructure. You may request data export or deletion at any time by contacting support@grociq.app.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to process fraudulent transactions, violate applicable laws, or interfere with the platform's infrastructure. GrocIQ reserves the right to suspend accounts found in violation of these terms.

7. Uptime & Support

GrocIQ targets 99.5% monthly uptime for production services. Support is provided via email at support@grociq.app. Enterprise plans include SLA agreements and priority support.

8. Limitation of Liability

GrocIQ's liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the three months preceding any claim. GrocIQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

GrocIQ may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify subscribers via email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
